To broaden its range of services, TCA has formed collaborative relationships with consulting practices that complement its core offerings and deliver added value to client assignments.
Hillgrange Consultancy offers expertise in employee performance management and support. Working together, TCA and Hillgrange can help clients improve employee competence and achieve better alignment between functions, teams and individuals. TCA works closely with clients to create the right environment for organisational change and helps people build the momentum required to overcome inertia and achieve success. Hillgrange’s performance management strategies and tools will play a key role in creating the behavior changes required for lasting success.
Speaking about the partnership, Nick Anderson – TCA’s Principal – said
“Simon and I have worked on numerous projects whose success depends on
supportive tactics, culture and management. Too often these are not forthcoming for a variety of reasons. This collaboration enables us to provide a more integrated approach that focuses on how employees are supported to improve and provides greater assurance that the desired performance standards can be achieved.”
As well as working with TCA clients in North America, Hillgrange will be enabling organisations in the UK and Europe to access TCA’s services in future, and will be showcasing these on the Hillgrange website over the coming months.
